About these terms
Eye Monk is an eyewear brand operated by Grand Monk in India. These Terms apply to use of our website and purchases through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented at checkout. For questions, contact hello@eyemonk.com.
Products and information
We offer sunglasses, computer glasses, reading glasses and Eyeglasses, including frames and glasses with prescription lenses. We also offer lens cleaning solutions, spectacle chains and other eyewear care products and accessories. Product availability, specifications and prices are stated on the applicable store product page or confirmed when you enquire about an order. Photographs may appear different across screens. Descriptions do not replace professional eye-care advice. For Eyeglasses, provide a current prescription and any fitting measurements required for your order. Choose reading-glass power with appropriate professional guidance. Use lens cleaning solutions and accessories according to their product instructions and check compatibility with your lenses and frames.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your order before submitting it. Orders are prepaid using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Zoho Payments or another provider expressly shown at checkout and are subject to that provider’s applicable payment terms.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. Fulfilment remains subject to successful payment, product availability and delivery serviceability. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items. We will not substitute a product or charge an increased price without your agreement.
Prices and taxes
The checkout shows the applicable product prices, taxes, delivery charges and total before payment. Review that total before paying. If a material price or product error is discovered, we will explain it and give you the option to proceed on corrected terms or cancel with a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.
Delivery
Delivery charges apply according to our published Shipping & Returns policy and are shown at checkout before payment. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check serviceability in India. International delivery is not currently offered. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or circumstances outside our control. Contact support if an order is delayed or appears lost.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing hello@eyemonk.com with your order number as soon as possible. Support will confirm whether cancellation is possible and explain the refund details for a prepaid order. After dispatch, use the returns and exchanges process described below.
Returns, replacements and refunds
You can request a return for a refund or a replacement within 7 calendar days after delivery. No return or replacement fee applies. Contact hello@eyemonk.com or use order support with your order number, the item and your preferred resolution. Replacement availability depends on stock.
The same request window applies to custom prescription eyewear. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are assessed for an appropriate replacement, remake or refund without an additional charge. Photographs may help where reasonably available; an unboxing video is not compulsory.
For approved returns and cancellations, refunds are initiated within 2 business days after approval. Bank or payment-provider credit time is additional. The Shipping & Returns policy explains the deadline, return process, inspection, refund calculation, cancellation and delivery details and forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms or that policy limits remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.
Website use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. The Eye Monk name, logo and website content belong to Grand Monk or their respective owners. Do not reproduce or commercially use protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is handled. Payment providers handle payment information under their own applicable privacy and security policies. Provide only information needed to complete your order or resolve a support request.
Responsibility
We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. We do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for a customer’s misuse of a product or website where that misuse causes the loss, subject to applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of consumer commissions or other statutory authorities, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or purchases from Eye Monk.
Changes and contact
